The admissions process can be complex and overwhelming, but with guidance and support through every aspect of the application process from either Dr. Hagerman or Ms. Young, the tasks will be simplified and families will embrace and enjoy the journey.

Dr. Hagerman and Ms. Young provide advice and counsel through the many facets of the process, from engagement to enrollment and beyond. Before they begin working with a student, they will assess their abilities, goals and interests to determine which schools would help them succeed both in and out of the classroom. They know what schools are looking for and how the admissions process works, and they provide direction to help a student put their best self forward in an application.

Applicants need to hone their strategic approach early to stand out amongst the many other compelling candidates. It’s not necessarily about working harder – signing up for more clubs, developing a flashier passion project, or participating in more competitions. It’s ultimately about working smarter – crafting a compelling narrative though unique, creative and original extracurriculars, initiatives and summer activities.
